- Nottingham Branch Memorial Plaque which was dedicated on Saturday the 18th June 2005 at the Nottingham War Memorial, situated on the Victoria Embankment, Nottingham.
- The Service took place at 2.00pm, attended by approximately 100 people, members, relatives, guest and Standards from other Branches and Associations. The Service was conducted by the Branch Chaplain, the Revd. Bernard Ward.
- Singapore weather also attended, 82F and humid, it was a relief to retire to the Reception and the air conditioning with 80 guests. I am glad to say that the event went without a hitch.
- The Plaque is situated within the arch of the War Memorial.
